CBA/Wage Sheet/Constitution

The anniversary wage date of the Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers local 54 Collective Bargaining Agreement is June 1st. The current wage sheet runs through January 31st, 2025. The PDF can be downloaded here. On January 3, 2024 the members of local 54 voted on the terms and conditions of a new CBA.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Signatory Contractors and Local 54 of the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers AFL-CIO became effective June 1st, 2023 and shall remain in effect until May 31st, 2026. It can be downloaded in PDF here.

The Constitution

    We, the Journeymen and Apprentice Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers of Seattle, Washington, being desirous of securing unity of purpose among all those of the craft, and to inculcate sentiments of mutual love, do hereby adopt the following Constitution, Laws and Rules:

    Let each member read and fully digest the following rules, and it will be discovered that strictly adhering to the same, the overthrow of evil attending our occupation, the advantages or the rights and privilege of labor, the cultivation of mutual affection and mutual regard of each other’s welfare, cannot fail to be the result.  And every member of this Union will admire respect the triumph obtained by united perseverance and exertion. The full document can be downloaded here.
